Our Mission: To practice Yoga that inspires the world inside of you to come out.

At Jennifer’s Leaf, we create space for each person to meet yoga in their own way, through movement, breath, stillness and self-reflection. We invite students to the mat to explore who they are, to connect with others, and to welcome self-discovery and its unfolding.

Through asana, we cultivate awareness and strength, using the body as a doorway to deeper understanding. Through pranayama, we guide energy and invite balance in both mind and body. Through meditation, we learn to observe our thoughts with clarity and compassion.

Jennifer’s Leaf is dedicated to practicing Yoga and all of its limbs in a way that awakens curiosity, encourages exploration, and inspires liberation on and off the mat.

Our Vision: A world where people feel more connected to themselves and to one another, more present in their lives, and more free to be who they truly are.
